The hotel's location proved quite advantageous. I could easily walk to many key attractions. The room itself offered excellent soundproofing. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere for restful nights.

My room was not immediately available upon arrival at check-in time. I waited roughly an hour before it was ready. This delay caused a minor disruption to my schedule.

the restaurant had beautiful decor where i ate a pre-theatre dinner. i found breakfast also superb, and it included very different healthy choices. the staff were very friendly too, a definite plus for early mornings.

the lifts felt a bit dated, and one had a cracked mirror panel.

the location is SUPERB! it's close to everything yet quiet at night. the rooms are very comfy and tidy. the staff was superb, especially the reception manager zubin!!!

They told us our room had been upgraded. they gave us a worse room than we had booked, a sofa bed. we asked for a twin room like we originally booked months prior and were told it had sold out.
