the location is SUPERB! it's close to everything yet quiet at night. the rooms are nice and neat. the staff was superb, especially the reception manager zubin!!!

They told us our room had been upgraded. they gave us a worse room than we had booked, a sofa bed. we asked for a twin room like we originally booked months prior and were told it had sold out.
